V V Ranganathan - Co-Founder & Chairman

V V Ranganathan is a the Chairman at Compassites. A successful finance professional, he was on the supervisory board of Ernst & Young. Mr. Ranganathan was the Country Leader for Strategic Growth Markets and Country Head for Quality & Risk Management of the firm. He co-founded the "Entrepreneur of The Year" award and was on the founding team of the "World Entrepreneur of The Year" at Monte Carlo. He also is a director on the board of Rural Shores and a trustee and member of the governing board of Bharti Foundation.

Naveen Lakkur - Co-Founder & Director

Naveen Lakkur is co-founder & Director at Compassites. Naveen has a track record of 5 successful IT start-up initiatives in his professional career. He is an expert in building IT start-ups and has demonstrated his proficiency in innovating, validating and converting ideas into working business models. He has participated in 30+ successful ideations. He has also gained experience from large enterprises such as Wipro and Digital. Over time, he has donned several roles: Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager, Head of Technology Delivery, Vice-President Strategic Initiatives and CEO. Murali Vullaganti - Co- Founder & Director

Mr. Murali, is a technology professional and is also the Chief Architect, Co-Founder and CEO of Rural Shores, a technology enabled business enterprise that assimilates rural India into the knowledge economy. Rural Shores has won many awards for being innovative and at the recent Edison Awards ceremony in New York, the citation said “It's exciting to see companies like RuralShores continuing Thomas Edison's legacy of challenging conventional thinking”.

Rajesh Setty - Co-Founder & Director

Jnan Dash - Director

Jnan Dash is a technology visionary and executive consultant in the Silicon Valley. Jnan is a well-known expert in the software industry. Prior to joining Oracle in 1992, he spent 16 years at IBM in various positions including development of the DB2 family of products and in charge of IBM's database architecture. Jnan is a frequent speaker at global industry forums on the future of software technology.

C. Srinivas - Director

A social entrepreneur, and a trustee of one of India’s largest public charities, he has dedicated his life in supporting the provision of free health care, education and drinking water to the poor. He has played a key role in the conceptualization and execution of many of these projects since 1978 such as Sri Sathya Sai University and several water projects providing potable water in rural India. He is currently engaged in building a number of rural based hospitals in northern India.

RVS Rao - Director

Mr. R. V. S. Rao is an independent Director on the board of many well known companies in India. He has over 36 years of experience in the areas of banking and finance and was an Executive Director and member of the board of directors of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC Ltd). He lead the consultancy team which advised the National Development Bank of Sri Lanka in establishing it's mortgage finance business.
